Coldwell Banker Resort Realty just listed the 12th property in Country Club Estates. This baby just listed for $577K making it the 2nd least expensive listing in the community, the lowest being 310 State Rd. @ $465K. Values have really come down in here. There is currently nothing listed as pending and there have been no closings so far in 2009.

NEW LISTING - 403 SCARBOROUGH VILLAGE - COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES - REHOBOTH BEACH
This listing came on a couple of days ago while my computer was down but it is listed by Baycoast Realtors for $499,900. It is being sold furnished and they did just get through a $20K assessment for new siding, windows and decking. The other unit in here is listed for $450K.
PRICE REDUCTION - 105 SCARBOROUGH VILLAGE - COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES - REHOBOTH BEACH
This is a townhouse that was originally listed back on December 7, 2007 for $475K. This is at least the second price reduction and is now listed for $450K, furnished. They have done a fantastic face-lifting in here and these units look brand new from the outside. This picture does not reflect the new look. My understanding is that they assessed the owners in the neighborhood of $20K in order to get this done. There are two units currently for sale in here. This is a Lingo listing.

OUR FIRST CLOSING IN 2009 - 66 SUSSEX ST. - NORTH REHOBOTH BEACH
This was a Lingo list and sale (two different agents). It was on the market for a relatively short period of time (76 days) but was obviously priced right at $1,000K and Seller probably took the first offer which ended up being $900K. There are currently no properties under contract in North Rehoboth so chances are there will be no closings in February.
BACK ON MARKET & PRICE REDUCTION - 80 KENT ST. - NORTH REHOBOTH BEACH
This property (it's out of juice) was taken off the market in October of last year after being on the market for over 600 days. It was originally listed back on February 24, 2007 for a whopping $2,250K. I say whopping because it is a tear down house on a double lot about a block off of Rehoboth Ave. It has been re-listed for $1,645K....still too high in my opinion.
