OK, it's the battle of the condos. At this point it becomes a beauty contest as well as the best location. The listing price of this condo just came down to $460K, the same as two others listed in here. The fourth one is listed for $450K. All are being sold furnished or partially furnished. It will be interesting to see who wins.

Another house under contract bringing the total currently pending to five. This one was only on the market for 75 days and was listed for $579K and had never reduced the price. Hopefully this is a sign that the market is heating up. This leaves 6 active listings of single family homes in Country Club Estates averaging 546 days on the market. There have been no closings yet this year.

The other three are being sold furnished and are listed for $450K, $475K and $460K. One has to be careful here as these units were just assessed a large sum in order to re-do the exteriors. Some have already paid the full assessment and others have only paid portions of it. The average days on market for these townhomes is 148 with the most being 502.
