NEW LISTING - 154 HENLOPEN AVENUE - NORTH REHOBOTH BEACH

 This is a new RE/MAX Rehoboth listing.  Geez, about every other house on Henlpen Avenue is for sale.  OK, i'm exaggerating but this is the 10th listing to become active on this street in the Pines.  It is also the least expensive listing for $699K.  Why the Listing Agent put a picture of the house during the winter is anyone's guess.  Maybe he's anticipating this one staying on the market well into the winter months.  I wouldn't be surprised as the average DOM for North Rehoboth are 421 but the "under 1 million dollar" properties seem to be moving.  5 of the 6 sold so far this year were sold for <$1M.  This is a condominium arrangement apparently so one could argue that it should be listed as such rather than as a SFH.
