PRICE DECLINE - 1104 MILLER'S LANDING - PAYNTER'S MILL

Ocean Atlantic has this Greenspire model listed, originally for $298,432.  It has been reduced now several times and the latest reduction brings it down to $269,900.  This is one of the larger 2nd floor 2BR models and it appears to have some nice upgrades.  Unfortunately, the last one like this to sell went for $249,900 (new builder model) back on Oct. 2, 2009.  The one prior to that sold for $230K back in December of 2008.  There is one other Greenspire listed currently for $299K and is being sold furnished.  I hope they get their price as we need prices to start back up in PM.  MLS #564647
