Lingo only listed this property 60 days ago, much less time on the market than the average listing in King's Creek (344 days). The Sellers have reduced the price from $1,345K down to $1,295K. That's the fourth price reduction so far in Q4 and it brings the average listing price of a home in KC to just over $1MM. The average selling price of the 3 homes to close this year is only $843K.
