CLOSED IN MILL POND COMMONS AT PAYNTER'S MILL

Finally, the first single family home to sell in Mill Pond Commons since the Builder sold their last model back in February of 2009 with the exception of the Schell Bros. new construction home that sold last year.  16525 Howard Millman  was a Berkeley model (the largest model built by Beazer) and was well upgraded.  It had listed originally back in April of 2010 for $479,000 and closed on May 20th for just $365,000.  Someone got an incredible buy.  As an owner of a Berkeley myself, I hate to think that this is where the market is but reality is kicking in.  Congratulations Buyer.
