71 Lake Avenue is the Sea Witch Bed & Breakfast property that has been on and off the market for a long time now (511 days at least). It has now come on as a Bank Owned property and they have raised the asking price from $1,250,000 up to $1,275,000, I'm sure in anticipation of some low ball offers due to it's foreclosure status. It originally listed back in October of 2009 for $1,900,000.
