60 Maryland Avenue reduced price on May 25th to $775,000 down from $799,000. It originally listed back in March for $825,000.
32 Olive Avenue withdrew from sale for the rental season. It was listed in December of 2010 for $1,375,000 and had been reduced once to $1,299,000 in April. That leaves 35 listings active with an avg. listing price of $1,371,000 and 425 days on market.
