CONDO CLOSED IN CANAL CORKRAN

 First condo to close in Canal Corkran in 12 months!!  32 Hannah Loop closed on June 20th for $460,000.  It was on the market for 450 days and had originally listed at $522,000.  It was sold furnished as well.  There is another one sold, waiting to close and 5 more active.  Avg. listing price of actives is $581,000 and 273 DOM.
