PRICE DROP IN KING'S CREEK COUNTRY CLUB

   #4 Black Walnut Court  has reduced price for the first time since listing only 36 days ago.  Originally, they were asking $639,000 but have taken the asking price down to $599,000 (a 6.3% drop).  Of the 12 actives in KCCC, $807,000 is the average asking price with 510 days on the market.  It is proving very difficult to get properties in this price range sold, only three so far in KCCC in 2011 with one still awaiting settlement.
