WASSSUP IN MILLER'S LANDING AT PAYNTER'S MILL???

 1602 Miller's Landing  (a Crepe Myrtle model) reduced price again and is now offered for $215,900.  It has been on the market a cumulative 1,288 days now.  It originally listed for $295,500 back in December of 2007. 

1606 Miller's Landing  has been added to the listing inventory and is being offered for $189,900.  It is a 2 bedroom 2nd floor Sawtooth Oak model.  This brings the total inventory back up to 15 total units listed for sale, 8 of which are re-sales and 7 of which are new Builder units left from the original construction.
