CLOSED IN MILLER'S LANDING AT PAYNTER'S MILL

 1602 Miller's Landing (a Crepe Myrtle) just closed  on July 25th for $205,000.  The last one to sell in the community was a Builder model back in November of 2010 which sold for $219,900.  This was a re-sale that had been on the market for a cumulative 1,292 days.  It had originally listed for $298,432.  The Crepe Myrtle model is the large floor plan 2 bedroom, 2 bath first floor unit with a two car garage.  There are no more re-sales of this model being offered for sale but there are two Builder models (one the current model home) listed.  There have now been three condo closings in Miller's Landing this year with two more waiting.
