FLURRY OF ACTIVITY IN KING'S CREEK COUNTRY CLUB

King's Creek Circle

 127 King's Creek Circle withdrew  from the market yesterday after 381 days active.  It was listed at $650,000  after being reduced once from $$674,000.

Patriot's Way 27 Patriot's Way reduced price  once again, this time to $499,000  making it the lowest priced offering in KCCC.  It has been listed for 695 days.

Johnson Branch #1 Johnson Branch Court  also reduced  price to $653,000, down from the original asking price of $675,000.  It has been on the market for 101 days now.  Avg. listing price in KCCC is now $784,000 and 467 days on market.  There are 11 active listings.
