FORCLOSURE PRICE REDUCTION IN MILL SPRING RUN AT PAYNTER'S MILL

This is a real shame.  An Easton model (16365 John Rowland Trail) looking very much like the one pictured here has been reduced again to an incredible $294,900.  It is Bank owned and in good shape.  I can't imagine why it hasn't been snatched up yet.  It's been on the market for 131 days now and started at $339,000.  Most of these Easton models sold in the very high $300s and some in the low $400s when they were new.  There is another one listed in the community for $428,000, good luck.
