SOLD (UNDER CONTRACT CONTINUE TO SHOW) IN MILLER'S LANDING AT PAYNTER'S MILL

Lieb - 2011 Listing Pix 0581505 Miller's Landing has been sold again (last time the deal fell through).  It is a Bonica Rose model (2 bedroom, 2nd floor unit) with the small floor plan.  It is in "under contract continue to show " status.  The list price on the unit is $179,000 and the Builder is offering $10,000 off list plus two years condo fees ($8K more) for an end of year incentive.  The Builder has four more units to sell and he's out of here.
