2011 - END OF YEAR REPORT - MILL SPRING RUN AT PAYNTER'S MILL

Mill Spring Run saw three closings in 2011 after seeing no sales in 2010 and only one in 2009.  Two Scarborough models (similar to the one pictured here) closed, 16351 John Rowland Trail in late September for $273,000 and 16359 John Rowland Trail (right next door) in late October for $277,000 furnished.  They had been on the market for 181 and 783 days respectively.  Also, 16388 John Rowland Trail (a Radnor model) closed on December 15th after 605 days on the market for $320,000.  There are two more still listed as active in this section of Paynter's Mill, one is a Arden II model listed for $299,000 and there is an Easton model that is Bank owned being offered at the incredible price of $294,900.  They have been listed for 208 and 137 days respectively.
