27 Thompson Court had withdrawn from the market back in early January after being on the market some 400 plus days, time to re-think their strategy. They are back on the market as of yesterday and in the process have selected a new Real Estate Broker/Agent and have lowered the price another $10K from $689,000 to $679,000. It is the least expensive of the 4 homes currently listed in Canal Corkran. Hopefully these moves will get this house sold.
