CLOSED IN MILLER'S LANDING AT PAYNTER'S MILL

Miller's Landing IV The last remaining Builder Nellie Stevens model (2nd floor, 3 bedroom) closed yesterday for a net $220,720.  The unit (#1503) was listed for $249,000 but the Builder was offering $20,000 off list for a contract by December 31st of last year as well as paying 2 years condo fees ($8,280).  They were also offering a $1,500 Buyer's Agent bonus.  Do you think the Builder wants out of Paynter's Mill?  Well, he's only got four more to sell and he will accomplish that goal.  But at what price to the owners in Miller's Landing.  There are a total of 11 units on the market, all are two bedroom units.
