3 Ellender Court closed yesterday after only being on the market for 27 days. This was a Bank Owned property that was listed very aggressively at $559,000 and the final selling price turned out to be almost $100K more than that or $652,000. One can only speculate why the house sold for more than it listed for but my guess would be that there was more than one offer on the property and the Buyers bid it up. That's a good thing. That's the second closing this year in King's Creek.
