SHORT SALE CLOSED IN MILLER'S LANDING AT PAYNTER'S MILL

Sold Short Sale903 Miller's Landing  is a Nellie Stevens model, the most popular model built in this community.  It is a second floor, 3 bedroom unit with a two car garage.  The Seller paid $250K for it back in 2004 and it closed  yesterday for $202,000.  One Nellie Stevens sold last year for $219,000 and two the year before for $227,000 and $230,000.  Let's hope we have bottomed out.  First closing of the year in Miller's.
