Love was in the air in North Rehoboth this Valentine's Day. Especially for the Sellers at 56 Maryland Avenue. Their home went under contract after only 206 days on the market making it the 8th home to be under contract waiting to close. Of the eight, five have gone under contract this year. Three are left over from 2011. This home started at $899,000 but had been reduced to $879,000 on November 21st of last year and remained there until contract signing. North Rehoboth is off to a great start in 2012. Buyers had better hurry, there are only 33 SFHs left in NR.
