Yeah!! Another South Rehoboth property goes under contract. 204 Philadelphia Street sealed the deal yesterday after 316 days on the market and a couple of price reductions. Originally listed last March at $975,000, the price at contract signing was $899,000. There are now two SFHs under contract waiting to close and three that have settled already this year. There are seventeen listed as active.
