UNDER CONTRACT IN MILL POND COMMONS AT PAYNTER'S MILL

16555 John Rowland Trail  just came back on the market on the 13th of this month.  It is a Berkeley model similar to the one shown here which is the largest of the three SFH built in here by Beazer Homes.  It had originally listed back in April of last year but had been withdrawn in October.  It listed last year for $389,900 which drew gasps from those of us who live in the community but unfortunately didn't sell.  It came back on the market this month for $356,000 (Seller paid $461,500 back in 2005) and has quickly gone under contract.  I hate to see what it actually sells for.  One of these sold back in May of 2011 for $365,000.  We were hoping that was the bottom.
