It sits on a 50 x 100 foot lot on the second block of Maryland Avenue. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch and looks to have been around for a while. It advertises a partially finished basement and $26,000 in annual rental income. Not much else to distinguish this home other than the great location.
